Its advantages lie in its conductivity (resistivity ≤ 2.8μΩ·cm) and corrosion resistance (salt spray test ≥ 500h). Common industrial thicknesses range from 1-50mm, and are used in automotive lightweighting (30% weight reduction), architectural curtain walls (wind pressure resistance ≥ 5kPa), and aerospace structural components (tensile strength ≥ 300MPa), balancing strength and processability.
